About The Founder
Tiana Cooke who is ServSafe certified, opened Blanchies in honor of her late grandmother. She taught Tiana to cook during her yearly summer visits to North Carolina. Although her grandmother did not like to cook, she ignited a passion in Tiana which still burns today. Tiana loves cooking and is currently completing culinary classes.
